About Second Wind Sail Club

We started Second Wind Sail Club because we saw a need: a way to enjoy sailing classic yachts without taking on the responsibilities of owning a boat.

Our club brings together people who appreciate beautiful boats, time on the water, and the chance to build their sailing experience. We take care of maintenance, insurance, dockage, storage, and seasonal preparation.

Experienced sailors can join as Skippers for scheduled private access to a yacht. First Mates develop their skills through hands-on sailing, instruction from Captain Rob, and mentorship from experienced sailors.

Mystic and Fishers Island Sound are our local sailing area — a coastline rich in maritime history, island views, and possibilities for a day under sail.
